Endesa points designed PARA TI

PARA TI is Endesa Energía's free loyalty programme. As a customer, you can earn points that you can redeem and save on your electricity and/or gas bills, receive discounts in partner companies and participate in exclusive draws. You can register from your Private Area on Endesa.com or from the Endesa Clients App, available for download both on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

You can sign up in the "PARA TI" section, available from your Private Area on Endesa.com or from the Endesa Clients App, available for download both on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Remember that the registration must be done by the contract holder of the electricity and/or gas supply.

No, you don't need to! When you sign up for "PARA TI", all of your contracts will be included in the programme automatically.

It is not necessary, the supply will be automatically registered in the program. Now enjoy 10€ to redeem on your bill, for a limited time only!

The ID is a code that is associated with your account when you sign up. It serves to uniquely identify you in all the internal processes of the application.

Open the app, and in the section "Earn points" of the "PARA TI" programme you can view the different activities that will allow you to earn points. Some of them are: sign up for the "PARA TI" programme, keep receiving e-bills, become a new customer or arrange a new service; the more contracts you have, the more points you will earn!

If points for a specific activity have not been successfully credited to your account, you can contact Customer Support via the following email: atencionalcliente@endesaonline.com

Points will be automatically added when you complete one of the activities described in the "Earn Points" section.

Certain actions are not automatic and it will take a certain period of time for your points to be reflected. These actions are:

• Active Contract: Points will be assigned on a month-by-month basis.
• Digital Invoice: you will receive your points once a month after you activate the e-billing service and provided that this service is not cancelled.
• New contracts: You will receive the assigned points once your contract has been activated.

The total balance of your points is available in the "PARA TI" section, both in the main section and in the "My points" section.

When redeeming the coupon, you can select which supply you want it to be applied to.

No, you can only redeem one coupon per current bill.

Points expire every 2 years from the time they are credited to your account. If you don't redeem your points before they expire, they will be removed from your total balance.

You can check out the available discounts in "PARA TI", in section "More benefits". Simply click on the desired discount. If you wish, you can also receive the discount code via e-mail.

You can check the available draws in section "More benefits". Simply click on the draw you wish to participate in and accept the Legal terms and conditions and the Data Protection policy to participate in the draw. If you are a winner, we will contact you via e-mail.

In the event of termination of the supply contract, the program will remain inactive for the user. If the customer re-enrolls in the program, they will not lose the accumulated points unless they have already expired.

Go to “Refer a Friend” under the “Earn Points”  >>  “Promotional Codes” section in the “PARA TI” section, which you’ll find in the Endesa Clientes app or in the Customer Area on endesa.com, and redeem your referral code before it expires (you have one month from the date of sign-up). You will automatically receive 5,000 points, equivalent to €50, which you can redeem against your next bills.
